OPS25 (“we”, “us”) provides operations software for service businesses, including the office workspace, the driver app and online booking. This policy explains what information we collect through those products and how we use it.

We collect the information you give us directly – such as your name, email address and organisation details when you create an account – along with the operational data you and your customers enter, like orders, jobs, addresses and billing details. We also collect basic technical information (like device and browser type) to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet our legal and billing obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run OPS25 (such as hosting, email and payment processing), and only as needed for them to perform that work.

Your data

You can access, correct or delete your account information at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. We retain data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
